per tracked prompt, per month
What you need to track
Things the pricing page won't tell you
How this is calculated

Every comparison article tells you to normalise by tracked prompts and engines rather than comparing headline prices. This does that arithmetic. It's a planning estimate, not a quote.

  • Cost per tracked prompt is the real total divided by prompts × brands. It's the only way two plans with different limits can be compared honestly.
  • Engine coverage is a hard filter. If a tool cannot track an engine you selected at any price, it's excluded rather than shown as cheap.
  • Tier selection picks the cheapest plan that covers both your prompt count and your engine count, adding prompt top-ups where a tool sells them.
  • Required base subscriptions are added in. Some AI modules only work on top of a paid SEO suite, which the sticker price never mentions.
  • Per-domain pricing is multiplied by your brand count — the single biggest trap for agencies.
  • Seats beyond a plan's included users are charged where the vendor charges for them.
  • Prices are approximate, published self-serve rates and change often. Enterprise tiers are custom-quoted and shown as such. Verify before committing budget.
