Kombai

Kombai is a domain-specific AI agent for frontend work. It converts Figma frames, images or text prompts into production-grade UI code, reusing your existing components and following the conventions already in your repo. It runs as an extension in VS Code, Cursor, Trae, Antigravity and Kiro, includes a specialised browser for AI-assisted debugging, and shows you a plan and a preview before writing anything into your codebase. The deliberate limitation is scope. Kombai only touches the frontend and will not modify your backend or database, which prevents a whole class of unintended changes but makes it a complement to a general coding agent rather than a replacement. The free plan gives 150 credits at signup then tops up 50 a day to a 300 monthly ceiling, with half rolling over. Pro starts at $20 a month for 2,000 credits. Kombai is SOC 2 certified and does not train on your code.
