What is LawGeex?

LawGeex was the pioneer of AI contract review automation (CRA), founded in 2014 in Tel Aviv and recognized by Gartner, Wired, and CB Insights as a leading force in legal AI. In a landmark 2018 Stanford-affiliated benchmark study, LawGeex's AI achieved 94% accuracy reviewing NDAs compared to an 85% average for 20 experienced attorneys from Goldman Sachs, Cisco, and Alston & Bird, completing the review in 26 seconds versus 92 minutes. The platform used patented AI to review and surgically redline contracts based on company-defined digital playbooks, understanding contractual context rather than just flagging clause presence. It was trusted by eBay, Bain & Company, HP, and White & Case. Important note: In February 2023, LawGeex sold its enterprise contract assets to Robin AI, and LegalSifter subsequently acquired its remaining enterprise clients. The founders pivoted to Superlegal, a separate contract-review service. As of 2026, LawGeex is not actively selling to new customers.
