Scenario
FreemiumTrain custom AI models on your own art style and generate on-brand game assets, 3D models and video at production scale.
What is Scenario?
Scenario is a generative AI engine built for game studios and creative teams that need visual assets which actually match their existing art direction. Instead of relying on a single general purpose image model, Scenario lets you train custom models on your own concept art, character sheets and prop libraries, so every new asset comes out in your established style rather than a generic AI look. The platform bundles more than 500 foundation and community models covering image, video, 3D and editing, plus a node based workflow builder, batch generation, upscaling, inpainting, outpainting and background removal. An API first architecture means the same generation pipeline can be wired directly into an internal tool or live ops content system. Paid plans include a full commercial license, so assets can ship inside a released game, be sold, or be delivered to clients royalty free. Studios including Scopely, Tripledot, Metacore, InnoGames and Ubisoft use it for concept exploration, marketing creative and production art, and the platform is SOC 2 Type II certified for teams that need IP and access controls.

How to Use Scenario
✅ Best For
- Mobile and live ops game studios that ship hundreds of on-brand assets a month and cannot afford visual drift between artists
- Art directors who need every generated character, prop and UI element to sit inside an already approved visual style guide
- Concept artists who want to explore fifty silhouettes in an afternoon before committing a week to a single hero design
- Marketing and user acquisition teams producing high volumes of creative variants that still have to look like the actual game
- Technical artists building automated asset pipelines who need generation exposed as an API rather than a web app
❌ Not For
- Teams that need finished, production clean 3D topology, because generated meshes still require manual retopology before rigging
- Casual users who just want a few quick images, since the compute unit system and model training add real overhead
- Anyone who needs generated assets under a commercial license on the free plan, which is limited to personal and evaluation use
- Studios that want an in-engine assistant, because Scenario generates assets but does not write code or edit scenes inside Unity or Unreal
- Users who need predictable flat rate billing, as unused compute units expire at the end of every month
