What is CVUniform?

CVUniform sits between raw CV intake and client submission for recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and RPO teams. Recruiters upload one CV or a batch from the folder, inbox, or shared drive they already use, and CVUniform extracts candidate identity, role, skills, work history, education, and languages into a consistent profile structure. Missing or low confidence fields are flagged as review warnings so the recruiter, not an unreviewed algorithm, has the final say before anything goes out the door. CVUniform supports CVs in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic, and can keep the output in its original language or generate it in a chosen output language. The result is a polished candidate profile plus structured, spreadsheet ready data for tracking, without requiring an ATS migration or a change to the agency's existing workflow. CVUniform is explicitly not an ATS, CRM, sourcing platform, or autonomous screening tool, it focuses purely on CV presentation and formatting consistency.
