What is CVUniform?

CVUniform sits between raw CV intake and client submission for recruitment agencies, staffing firms and RPO teams. Recruiters upload a PDF or DOCX CV, and it extracts candidate identity, role, skills, work history, education and languages into a structured profile with confidence scores and warnings on fields that need attention. The reviewer inspects and corrects extracted data and previews the profile before export, so quality control happens before the document is drafted rather than after. Two things to be clear on. CVUniform states explicitly that it is not an ATS and not a hiring decision system: it standardises and exports cleaner candidate data alongside whatever tracking system you already run, and its terms prohibit using it for fully automated hiring or rejection decisions without human review. Pricing is tiered by monthly CV volume in euros, credits do not roll over, and scanned image-only PDFs may need manual handling.
