What is Microsoft Power Automate?
Power Automate is Microsoft's workflow automation and robotic process automation platform, and its biggest advantage is that most organisations already own part of it. Basic cloud flows are included with many Microsoft 365 licences, so teams inside the Microsoft ecosystem can automate SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Dataverse processes without a new purchase, while desktop flows extend into RPA for legacy applications with no API. Two licensing points decide the real cost.
