Lavender is a Chrome extension that scores every sales email as you write it, grading structure, length, readability and tone, then suggesting specific fixes. It works inside Gmail and Outlook and connects to Outreach, Salesloft and HubSpot, so coaching happens in the workflow rather than in a separate tool. Managers get dashboards showing where reps' writing is weak. Its own benchmark across 231,818 cold emails found A-graded emails achieved a 27 percent higher reply rate. Pricing is refreshingly published for this category: free at 5 emails a month, Starter around $29, Individual Pro around $49 and Teams around $89 per seat, with roughly 20 percent off annually. Two caveats. The free tier is too small to evaluate properly. And Lavender only coaches writing, so it sits on top of a CRM, sequencer, data provider and dialer rather than replacing any of them.
